Responsibilities

  • Answer all calls, schedule appointments, and enter accurate information into the EHR
  • Welcome patients, assist with check-ins, collect payments, and ensure records are complete and organized
  • Enroll patients in tools like the Patient Portal and manage messages to keep communication flowing and care seamless

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Ability to learn and use electronic scheduling and medical record systems
  • Ability to multitask while delivering courteous service

Qualifications

  • At least one month of related experience or training, healthcare or customer service experience, scheduling experience, familiarity with EHR systems, payment collection experience, and a commitment to patient safety are preferred.
