Responsibilities
- Answer all calls, schedule appointments, and enter accurate information into the EHR
- Welcome patients, assist with check-ins, collect payments, and ensure records are complete and organized
- Enroll patients in tools like the Patient Portal and manage messages to keep communication flowing and care seamless
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Ability to learn and use electronic scheduling and medical record systems
- Ability to multitask while delivering courteous service
Qualifications
- At least one month of related experience or training, healthcare or customer service experience, scheduling experience, familiarity with EHR systems, payment collection experience, and a commitment to patient safety are preferred.
