What You'll Do
- Coordinate and execute marketing-oriented and networking events hosted by the CEO in the Bay Area, in collaboration with the Marketing Events Manager.
- Design events for external stakeholders (e.g., prospects & clients) to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Provide personal assistance to the CEO for certain matters (complementing his dedicated Executive Assistant's work).
- Deliver personal assistance to three other Managers in the US for specific needs (each has their own dedicated Executive Assistant).
- Handle other tasks as needed to support executive leadership.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in marketing event planning/coordination/assistance.
- Experience managing client dinners, VIP events, and networking events is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Flexibility to work when events are scheduled.
Location
No further than 35 miles from San Francisco.
