What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and execute marketing-oriented and networking events hosted by the CEO in the Bay Area, in collaboration with the Marketing Events Manager.
  • Design events for external stakeholders (e.g., prospects & clients) to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Provide personal assistance to the CEO for certain matters (complementing his dedicated Executive Assistant's work).
  • Deliver personal assistance to three other Managers in the US for specific needs (each has their own dedicated Executive Assistant).
  • Handle other tasks as needed to support executive leadership.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing event planning/coordination/assistance.
  • Experience managing client dinners, VIP events, and networking events is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Flexibility to work when events are scheduled.

Location

No further than 35 miles from San Francisco.
