About the role

The Central Office Manager position provides professional and experience support to Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) by supervising the Central Office administrative support team, supporting the DCT management team, and coordinating various operational support functions to ensure strategic objectives are met.

Responsibilities

  • All personnel transactions for administrative support positions including hiring, discipline, directing work assignments and reassignments.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce operating policies and procedures for the day-to-day operations for DCT.
  • Provide leadership and direction on projects.
  • Develop strategies for effective management of business processes and communication methods and practices.

Requirements

  • One-year of supervisory experience in an office setting.
  • Experience must demonstrate: Analyzing, managing, and coordinating the workflow of an office.
  • Directing and/or guiding employees on job duties, assigning tasks and work teams, reviewing work, overseeing projects, and mentoring.
  • Managing office supply, budgets and expenditures.
  • Modifying office/operations work methods and improve work procedures.
  • Experience using desktop software and applications, equipment, and systems to direct and perform work including but not limited to: Microsoft office: Outlook, TEAMS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and public relations and ability to maintain positive relationships with staff, colleagues, customers, local agencies, vendors, etc.
  • Conflict management and ability to bring people/team(s) together through open communication, and respectful dialogue and discourse.
  • Experience in bookkeeping and budgeting and ability to understand basic level accounting.
  • Experience in purchasing, tracking, and following up with vendors on payments.

Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

$26.87 - $38.83 / hourly; $56,104 - $81,077 / annually

Day Shift / 8:00am - 4:30pm
