Salary range: $26.87 – $38.83/hour ($56,104 – $81,077/year)

About the role
The Central Office Supervisor provides professional and experienced support to Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) by supervising the Central Office administrative support team, supporting the DCT management team, and coordinating various operational support functions to ensure strategic objectives are met.
Responsibilities
- Handle all personnel transactions for administrative support positions, including hiring, discipline, directing work assignments, and reassignments.
- Develop, implement, and enforce operating policies and procedures for the day-to-day operations of DCT.
- Provide leadership and direction on projects.
- Develop strategies for effective management of business processes and communication methods and practices.
Requirements
- One year of lead work or supervisory experience in an office setting, demonstrating:
- Managing and/or coordinating the workflow of an office.
- Leading, directing, and/or guiding employees on job duties, assigning tasks and work teams, reviewing work, overseeing projects, and mentoring.
- Overseeing office supply inventory and/or budgets.
- Experience using desktop software and applications, including Microsoft Office: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, which may include any of the following:
- Experience as a supervisor, team lead, lead worker, or project lead.
- Completion of a State leadership development program (e.g., Emerging Leaders Institute or Senior Leadership Institute) or a similar program through another organization.
- A paid or unpaid position leading a program or chairing a committee (e.g., Employee Resource Group), including:
- 1+ years of identifying issues, goals, and strategic actions.
- 100+ hours per year time commitment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication and public relations skills, with the ability to maintain positive relationships with staff, colleagues, customers, local agencies, and vendors.
- Conflict management skills and ability to bring people/teams together through open communication and respectful dialogue.
- Experience in bookkeeping, budgeting, and basic-level accounting.
- Experience in purchasing, tracking, and following up with vendors on payments.
- Experience working effectively with diverse backgrounds and cultures to ensure cultural responsiveness.
