About the role
The Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager at Select Physical Therapy leads and provides exceptional patient care experiences as part of an outpatient orthopedic therapy team. The position oversees the team, focusing on preventative and rehabilitative services to enhance functionality and promote patient well-being.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the outpatient orthopedic therapy team
- Provide preventative and rehab services to maximize functionality
- Partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Grow and manage physician relationships and patient portfolios
- Develop and lead a team of talented PTs and PTAs
- Engage in philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
- Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapist License to start
- CPR Certification
Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Salary from $90k to $115k based on experience, plus a sign-on bonus up to $20k
