Center Manager - Physical Therapist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced outpatient leader with at least 2+ years of experience to join our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center as the center manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team
• Provide preventive and rehabilitative services to maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients
• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• Two (2) years of experience
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
• CPR Certification

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in managing a physical therapy practice
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and protocols

Pay

• $85,000 - $95,000/year (pending experience)

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
