About the Role
Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Fort Worth, TX Center Manager - Outpatient Rehabilitation - Full Time
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and carry an active patient caseload.
- Hours are variable 7 AM - 7 PM, Monday-Friday, with 2 late shifts required.
- Treat a variety of Orthopedic and Neurological diagnoses, some vestibular and ReVital cases.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team (3 PT/1 OT/1 SLP/2 PSS).
- Develop relationships within the clinic and surrounding community.
Requirements
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required.
- (For Center Manager/Speech: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required).
- Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
- A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
