Center Manager Physical Therapist

About the role

This position will oversee our highly trained and respected outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. Ideal candidate will have at least two years in management and three years in outpatient orthopedics.

Responsibilities

• Select Physical Therapy Naugatuck is an outpatient physical therapy center with a high orthopedic patient population.
• We support Naugatuck High School athletics by employing a full time athletic training.
• This center sees a high volume of athletes as a result of this contract.
• Facility is a 2000 square foot open area that allows for sports specific training to support our patient population.
• Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years in management.
• Three years in outpatient orthopedics.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of orthopedic conditions and treatment options.

Pay

Salary up to $100k based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday.
