Center Manager/Physical Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at the Chicago South location. This position offers a competitive compensation range of $90,000 - $105,000 annually, based on experience, plus a $20,000 bonus and student loan repayment assistance.

Responsibilities

• Treat a mixed caseload of orthopedic, sports, and general rehabilitation patients
• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers
• Assume responsibility of the center and uphold executive decisions
• Expand and develop a team of talented Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapist License to start
• CPR Certification

Qualifications

• Passion for patient-centered care
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
