Center Manager - Physical Therapist

About the role

BSW Camp Bowie has an opening for a Center Manager/Physical Therapist to join the team. This 2 PT/1 PSS clinic provides exceptional care to patients of various ages with Orthopedic and high-level Neuro diagnoses. The patient population includes active older individuals and younger recreational athletes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations
• Carry an active patient caseload
• Work early and/or late shifts as required
• Establish relationships in the clinic and community

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required. (For Center Manager/Speech: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required)
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations
• A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred

Skills

• Solid manual therapy skills
• Experience with Worker's Compensation, Work Conditioning, Driver Ergos, and POETs is preferred
