Center Manager - Physical Therapist

About the role

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Center Manager for its Outpatient Rehabilitation program. The position will oversee a new clinic opening soon in Castle Hills (at the intersection of SH‑121 and FM‑544) and will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with the community and referral sources while providing leadership and growth opportunities for staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with the community and referral sources.
• Provide leadership with determination, a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a focus on personal and professional growth.
• Manage a caseload primarily consisting of orthopedic diagnoses, with the potential to expand to vestibular and light neuro needs as warranted.
• Oversee clinic operations for the new Castle Hills location.
• Support and mentor staff through programs such as the Clinical Ladder, New Grad Mentors, Residency Programs, and Continuing Education.
• Ensure compliance with state licensure, certification, and BLS requirements.

Requirements

• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist.
• For Center Manager/Speech candidates: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech‑Language Pathology from the American Speech‑Language & Hearing Association.
• Certified BLS or ability to complete certification within the first 90 days of employment (or as required by state regulations).
• Minimum of three years experience in a rehabilitation setting; supervisory experience preferred.
