Center Manager - Physical Therapist
About the Role
BSW Rehab Arlington Parks seeks a full time physical therapist to fulfill Center Manager role at this location. We provide high-level care to a wide variety of active adults with general orthopedic diagnoses, including post-surgical conditions, sports-related injuries, and work-related injuries. This position requires a full caseload of patient care, along with administrative duties and relationship development.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player with great communication skills and solid manual therapy skills. This candidate should also be energetic, innovative, organized, autonomous, and eager to contribute to program development.

Requirements
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required. (For Center Manager/Speech: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required)
- Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
- A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.

Schedule
Shift hours are variable and the clinic hours are: 7 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Thursday and 8 AM - 12 PM on Friday, early and late shifts are required.
