Center Manager

About the Role

Lead all center operations to ensure safe, efficient plasma collection and an excellent donor experience. Oversee clinical and administrative teams, including scheduling and performance management, while fostering a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FDA and cGMP standards.
• Manage budgets, resources, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Implement quality and process improvements.
• Collaborate across disciplines to enhance plasma supply and mentor staff.
