About the role
The Center Manager leads daily operations of a dialysis clinic, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality patient care. They oversee a multidisciplinary team, fostering morale and professionalism, and coordinate treatments to improve patients' quality of life. The CM demonstrates compassion, maintains high standards of care, and mentors staff to promote growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage clinic operations
- Ensure delivery of compassionate, high-quality care

Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience and 6 months hemodialysis nursing
- Management or supervisory experience preferred
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Current RN license in the practice state or compliant with NCL rules
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High energy, goal-oriented, and relationship builder
