Center Manager
Job Summary
The position is incentive eligible with a salary range of $61,360.00 - $98,176.00 per year. As a Center Manager with CareNow, you will provide expertise and champion patient care, interview, hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, develop and lead clinic goals, manage team performance, ensure patient flow, and comply with all cash management procedures.
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a medical office setting
- 1+ year of experience in supervising staff helpful
- RN, LPN, MA, NCT, RT or other applicable clinical license beneficial
- BLS Certification required within 30 days of start
- Within 3 months of employment or promotion, must obtain Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification
- Accountable for managing clinic operations 7 days a week
- Flexibility to fill in open shifts and float to other work locations required
