About the Role

The Center Manager oversees the daily operations of a dialysis clinic, ensuring operational excellence and leading a high-performing, compassionate team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and treatment quality to improve patients' lives
• Lead and mentor staff, fostering high morale and professionalism
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including MDs and satellite employees
• Demonstrate high standards of patient care and compassion
• Promote continuous improvement and staff development

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience and 6 months in hemodialysis nursing; management experience preferred
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Valid RN license in the practice state or per applicable nursing licensure rules
