Center Manager

Role Overview: The Center Manager (CM) oversees the daily operations of a dialysis clinic, ensuring operational excellence and leading a high-performing, compassionate team. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate patient care and treatment quality to improve patients' lives Lead and mentor staff, fostering high morale and professionalism Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including MDs and satellite employees Demonstrate high standards of patient care and compassion Promote continuous improvement and staff development Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 1 year of RN experience and 6 months in hemodialysis nursing; management experience preferred Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred Valid RN license in the practice state or per applicable nursing licensure rules Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Patient-centric approach with a focus on quality care and team development
