About the Role

The Center Manager is essential for the smooth operation of a dialysis clinic, leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional patient care with compassion and professionalism. They coordinate treatments, ensure operational excellence, and collaborate with staff, physicians, and representatives to enhance patient quality of life. The manager also mentors staff, fostering a patient-centric environment aligned with the organization's mission and vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations and team performance
• Coordinate patient care and treatment quality

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience, with 6 months in hemodialysis
• Management or supervisory experience preferred
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Current RN license as per state requirements
