Center Manager

About the role

The Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Fort Worth, TX Center Manager position is available for a full-time opportunity. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and internal equity.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for the Neuro-Outpatient program focusing on patients with acquired neurological injuries.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology.
• Facilitate team dynamics and efficient facility functions.
• Communicate with the Regional Director/Market Manager on an ongoing basis and provide clinical and operational updates.
• Identify key indicators and influence them to support the growth of the business.

Requirements

• Significant neurologic rehab experience with specialty certification.
• Previous supervisory duties or program development experience preferred.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapist.
• (For Speech: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required).
• Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
• A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting with supervisory experience preferred.
