The Center Manager leads the daily operations of a kidney dialysis center, ensuring safe, high-quality services. This role oversees clinical and administrative workflows, manages staffing and scheduling, and optimizes patient flow. The Center Manager partners with nephrologists and clinical leaders, manages budgets, and ensures regulatory compliance while fostering a compassionate, team-based environment focused on patient-centered care for individuals with chronic kidney disease.
