About the role
The Center Coordinator at Lincoln Plaza West Allis, WI is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center, ensuring that all clinical and medical services are provided efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the coordination of clinical and medical services
- Manage staff schedules and ensure coverage during off-hours
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with external providers and community partners
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience in managing staff and overseeing operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

- Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
