We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - About The Job: intro paragraph: "Are you organized, people-focused, and enjoy being the person who keeps things running smoothly? Join us as a Center Coordinator and help create a welcoming, organized, and supportive experience for our clients, families, and team members. We are currently seeking a Center Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing team!" - Position Details: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Position; Compensation: $24–$27 per hour; Location: CSD Clinic Tumwater, WA; Schedule: A blend of 8 AM–4 PM and 11:00 AM–7:00 PM shifts; Onsite: This is an in-person position. - Who We Are: description of CSD. - What is a Center Coordinator? description. - What Your Role Is: list of duties (many bullet points). This is a list of responsibilities. - What's required from you?: list of requirements (experience, skills, etc.) - Physical Requirements: list. - Benefits & Perks: description: "Benefits You will have an opportunity to grow your career in this purpose-filled industry where you can see results every day. Benefits include: Competitive, market pay based on experience, location, and skills Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) CSD-issued devices Free college or tuition reimbursement through our Dreams Come True program Opportunities for professional development and career growth" - About Our TRUE Values: repeated sections (multiple duplicates). We need to remove duplicated lines and boilerplate. The TRUE values description appears multiple times; we need to keep only one instance. - Also there is "Equal Employment Opportunity" boilerplate; remove. - Also there is "LI-Onsite" maybe metadata; drop. - Also there is repeated "About Us" sections duplicates; we need to keep only one. - Also there is repeated "About Our Values" duplicates; keep one. - Also repeated Physical Requirements duplicates; keep one. We need to decide sections: Possibly About the role (intro), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (qualifications/skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we must only include sections if posting has real specific content. We have Pay: compensation $24–$27 per hour. That's specific, so we can include Pay section. Schedule: "A blend of 8 AM–4 PM and 11:00 AM–7:00 PM shifts". That's specific, so include Schedule. Benefits: they list specific benefits: Competitive market pay based on experience, location, and skills (but that's similar to pay), Paid time off (PTO), 401(k), CSD-issued devices, Free college or tuition reimbursement through Dreams Come True program, Opportunities for professional development and career growth. That's specific enough for Benefits. We also have Location: could be included in a short paragraph maybe under About the role or separate? Not required heading but we can include in a paragraph. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. So we will not have heading "Center Coordinator". We'll have headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to use

for each section heading. Inside sections, we need to use

    for prose, and

    • for any list. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Thus we need to include the intro paragraphs (About The Job, Who We Are, What is a Center Coordinator?) maybe under About the role section. We need to include responsibilities list (the bullet points under "What Your Role Is"). We need to include requirements list (the bullet points under "What's required from you?"). We need to include physical requirements maybe under Requirements or separate? Could be part of Requirements but it's a separate list; we could include under Requirements as a sublist? But we need to preserve all detail. Could create a separate section "Physical Requirements" but they didn't list that as a possible heading; but they said use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They didn't forbid other headings, but they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). That suggests we can use those headings; but we could also add other headings if needed? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are examples; we could still use other headings but better to stick to those. Physical requirements could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. We'll include under Requirements as a list. Benefits: we have list. Pay: we have compensation. Schedule: we have shift blend. Location: we could include in About the role paragraph. We need to remove duplicated lines: The "Who We Are" and "About Us" and "About Our Values" duplicates. We'll keep one concise version that captures the mission and values. We need to preserve all substantive information: So we need to include the mission description: "At Center for Social Dynamics (CSD), we believe that every child deserves a chance to shine. We're a passionate team on a mission to open a world of possibilities for individuals with autism and other developmental needs—through science, compassion, and a whole lot of heart. From our very first session to each milestone we celebrate, we bring the power of play, connection, and evidence-based care to every moment. With services that are as unique as the individuals we support, we meet kids where they are—at home, in schools, and in communities—and guide them on a path toward growth. We live our TRUE values—Transparency, Respect, Understanding, and Excellence—in everything we do. As a fast-growing leader in the field, we're known for our vibrant culture, hands-on training, and career pathways that help you grow just as much as those we serve. At CSD, we don’t just change lives—we light them up." That's the core; we can include that once. We also need to include the description of what a Center Coordinator is: "The Center Coordinator serves as the central liaison for clients, caregivers, team members, and visitors at the CSD center. As one of the first points of contact for families and guests, this role helps create a welcoming and professional environment while ensuring day-to-day center operations run smoothly. This position combines customer service, administrative support, client communication, and facility coordination. The Center Coordinator works closely with clinical and administrative teams to help ensure clients and employees have the support and resources they need." We need to include that. Now responsibilities list: many bullet points. We'll convert each line into
    • . Requirements list: bullet points under "What's required from you?" plus physical requirements. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Equal Employment Opportunity", "LI-Onsite", duplicated values sections. We also need to not include application instructions (none present). Now we need to decide on sections: - About the role: includes intro paragraph (About The Job), Who We Are (mission), What is a Center Coordinator? maybe combine. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: includes experience/skills list and physical requirements. - Benefits: list. - Pay: compensation. - Schedule: shift blend. We could also include Location in About the role paragraph. Now we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler text. All sections have real content. Now produce HTML fragment. We'll start with

      About the role

      then

      ...

maybe multiple paragraphs. We need to avoid duplicate content; we can combine multiple paragraphs into one

but better to separate logical blocks. We'll do:

      About the role

But we have separate Pay and Schedule sections; we might move compensation and schedule out of About the role to avoid duplication.
