Cell Coordinator

Specific Duties

  • Control the manufacturing process to produce ware meeting requirements as per Quality Policy.
  • Periodically conduct visual and dimensional inspections as part of Statistical Process Control (SPC) charting.
  • Document any changes made to recorded molding process parameters.
  • Manage, perform, and verify work affecting quality.
  • Set up and monitor all production equipment.
  • Locate and correct problems causing line backups.
  • Analyze and solve productivity issues in collaboration with the manufacturing support team.
  • Perform assigned Preventive Maintenance (P.M.) functions.
  • Prepare, train, and ensure adherence to equipment and product procedures/work instructions for safe and efficient operations.
  • Inspect product continuously to ensure quality and efficient machine operation.
  • Make adjustments or consult technicians for corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare, train, and ensure adherence to product procedures/work instructions to produce quality products.
  • Follow good manufacturing practices.

Authorities

  • Initiate action to prevent nonconforming product or quality system occurrences.
  • Identify and record problems related to product, process, and quality system.
  • Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
  • Verify the implementation of solutions.
