Job Description

The Key Carrier role at TJX Companies is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role. Key Carriers alternate between these roles based on store needs, primarily performing the Coordinator role but occasionally taking on a leadership role as a Key Carrier.

• Maintains all aspects of the store, including customer service and internal operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Prioritizes tasks and addresses immediate customer service issues.
• Coaches and provides feedback to Associates.
• Trains Associates on new policies and procedures.
• Maintains accuracy in Associate coverage and ensures compliance with operational procedures.
• Executes opening and closing procedures according to company guidelines.
• Communicates with management and Associates to set and address priorities.
• Works flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

• One year retail experience, six months of which should include leadership experience.

Pay and Schedule

The starting pay range for this position is $17.75 to $18.25 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

This position requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
