CEI Contract Support Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Provide Contract Support Services for Lochner’s Florida CEI operations.
  • Exercise independent judgment in planning work details and making technical decisions related to the office aspects of the project.
  • Manage the setup and maintenance of document control / records management for multiple projects and Project Managers.
  • Services to be provided on contracts for FDOT and other regional municipalities.
  • Able to work remotely, full or in part may be an option depending on the assignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 4 Years of related experience, or AA/AS plus 6 Years of related experience or HS/GED plus 8 years of related demonstrated equivalency of experience.
  • Familiarity with FDOT Procedures covering the project related duties as stated above and proficient in the computer programs necessary to perform those duties.
  • CEI experience having performed/assisted in project related duties (i.e., Materials Acceptance and Certification (MAC) System input, progress, and final estimates, EEO compliance, processing Construction Contract changes, etc.) with relevant transportation construction experience.
  • Communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing).
  • Certifications: CTQP Final Estimates Level I & II.
