The West Shore School District is seeking Full-time Paraprofessional positions at Cedar Cliff High School.

About the role

• Supports students with learning disabilities in a variety of settings.
• Assists teachers in delivering instruction and managing classroom activities.
• Works closely with special education teachers and other school staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to students based on their needs.
• Help implement lesson plans and assist with classroom management.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Ensure students' safety and well-being in the classroom.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Knowledge of special education principles and practices.
• Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.

Qualifications

• Credential of Competency for Special Education Paraeducators in Pennsylvania.
• Completion of the free trainings and submission of the Credential of Competency Checklist.
