CDL / Warehouse

About the Role

We are hiring a CDL Driver to deliver and unload finished products, parts, and materials to our customer locations. This is a safety-sensitive position that serves as an important ambassador of our company, building relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor trailer combination locally.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. during physically loading/unloading of trucks.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in the warehouse as needed.
• Read, write, and understand English, as well as use navigation software.
• Perform any other assigned duties, tasks, or responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid Class A or Class B driver’s license.
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle Record.
• Ability to meet State and Federal transportation and medical requirements to operate a three-axle vehicle.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Travel Requirements

Seventy-five percent of all work activities are performed inside the cab of the commercial vehicle. The remainder is performed outdoors and in a warehouse setting. May require overnight travel.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity.
• Physical strength to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on specific job duties.

Pay

Compensation range: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
