CDL-B Truck Driver Local
R+L Carriers has immediate opportunities for Class B Truck Drivers at our Davenport, IA Service Center.
About the role
As a City P&D Driver you will be responsible for city delivery and pickup of freight, returning to the terminal daily. This includes multiple stops per working day, working with scan equipment, working directly with customers, and completing potential liftgate deliveries using an electric pallet jack and/or dolly.
Pay
$31.17 per hour.
Schedule
- Full-Time, Monday start at 7:30am, Tuesday-Friday start at 9am (8-10 hours daily).
- Drivers are home every day.

Requirements
- CDL Class B License.
- Good driving record / MVR.
- Must be capable of delivering excellent customer service.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience making deliveries in a commercial vehicle in cities and small towns.
- Preferred experience using a lift gate and pallet jack.
