CDL A Driver Hazmat - Nitrogen Pump Operator

About the role

We are hiring a CDL A Driver Hazmat - Nitrogen Pump Operator in Rock Springs, WY. The role supports the team with rig up/rig down of nitrogen pumping units and equipment, coordinates with supervisors, and coordinates with schedules determined by customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Pilot tractor-trailers to deliver industrial gases to customers or storage sites.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and help address maintenance needs.
• Partner with the team to report accidents, safety issues, and customer feedback immediately.
• Complete and submit required DOT and company reports.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker Endorsements.
• TWIC Card Required.
• +1 year experience of tractor-trailer driving within the last four years.
• +1 year experience of tanker experience within the last four years.
• Proficiency with manual transmission vehicles.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), two years technical college or military technical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial gases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Two years technical college or military technical experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cryogenic pumps, tanks, transports, hydraulic equipment and diesel engines.

Skills

• Comfortable driving company vehicles to national field locations.
• Experience operating equipment in various weather conditions.
• Ability to coordinate with schedules determined by customer demand.

Pay

$100k+ annually with quarterly incentive bonus and driver referral bonus.

Schedule

Must be available to work in the field on assignment for 21 consecutive days and 7 PAID days off schedule. Earn an additional $500 bonus per day if working during your 7 days off.
