CDL-A - Dedicated Reefer nighttime truck driver - Taylor Farms

About the role

Dedicated nighttime truck driver position hauling refrigerated (reefer) trailers with produce. 100% no-touch freight with 3-5 loads per week and 2-3 stop-offs per load. Routes cover IL, IN, KY, MI, MN, OH, PA, and WI.

Drivers on this account are required to drive at night and must live within 75 miles of Chicago, IL.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty (not driving).
• At least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers, paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Average pay: $1,270-$1,550 weekly.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Need CDL training? Company-paid CDL training programs available.
