CDL-A - Dedicated Reefer nighttime truck driver - Lidl

About the role

Dedicated nighttime truck driver position hauling grocery store refrigerated products in reefer trailers. Drivers will perform 100% hand-unloads using pallet jacks, handling 4 loads per week with 1-7 stop-offs per load. Routes cover DE, MD, NJ, PA, and NY, including New York City.

Pay and bonus potential

• Average pay: $1,675-$2,050 weekly (hourly pay + load pay)
• Weekly performance pay
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers
• Paid orientation
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
• Must live within 40 miles of Perryville, MD
• Must be willing to drive at night
