CDL-A - Dedicated Reefer nighttime truck driver - Costco

Hauling reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores. 100% no-touch and 90% drop-and-hook freight. Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs. 5-8 loads per week. Drive within MD, PA, and VA.

Pay and Bonus Potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Average pay: $1,450-$1,770 weekly

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Drivers on this account are required to drive at night.
• Live within 75 miles of Frederick, MD.
