CDL-A - Dedicated Reefer nighttime truck driver - Taylor Farms

About the role

Dedicated nighttime truck driver position hauling reefer trailers with produce. 100% no-touch freight, 3-5 loads per week with 2-3 stop-offs per load. Routes within IL, IN, KY, MI, MN, OH, PA, and WI.

Pay and bonus potential

• Average pay: $1,270-$1,550 weekly
• Mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
• $1,000 weekly guarantee pay during first 90 days
• Weekly performance pay
• $7,500 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, paid over 12 months
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers, paid over 12 months
• Paid orientation
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
• Annual bonus: up to 2% of annual gross pay

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Must be willing to drive at night
• Must live within 75 miles of Chicago, IL
