Responsibilities
- Lead the crew team at Cedar Creek High School during the spring season.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and rules.
- Develop and implement training programs for athletes.
- Manage team finances and resources.
Requirements
- Must hold a NJ teaching or substitute certificate.
Qualifications
- Experience coaching crew is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Benefits
- Stipend of $8,600.
Pay
- The pay is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
- The schedule is flexible to accommodate the spring season.
