C-Team Head Coach

About the role

The C-Team Head Coach will lead the boys basketball team in all aspects of the game, including practice planning, game strategy, player development, and team building.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive basketball training program for players
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive team culture
• Attend games and practices to provide on-site coaching and support
• Work closely with the athletic director and administration to maintain high standards of conduct and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in physical education, coaching, or related field
• Proven success as a head coach at the high school level or equivalent
• Experience developing and implementing effective basketball training programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of basketball rules and regulations
• Ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
• Experience working with diverse student populations
