CCB Analyst II
About the role
This position provides support to and strengthens the effectiveness of leaders and teams primarily aligned with the associate. Responsibilities include conducting industry and company research, developing marketing materials, managing sales pipelines, supporting Relationship Managers (RMs), and generating customized industry-specific content.
Responsibilities
- Conduct industry and company research using available resources to source prospect names, develop and refine prospect lists in coordination with industry coverage team and partners
- Develop pitch materials including industry specific and general economic information
- Contribute industry relevant material for internal deal discussions, such as org calls and credit screens and take leadership role in such calls
- Generate customized industry-specific content for internal and external purposes
- Track calling and marketing efforts to clients and prospects, reinforce proper use of CRM system with the coverage team, assisting as needed
- Enhance understanding of the market, credit, and products; develop relationship management skills with appropriate autonomy
- Demonstrate a continuously increasing knowledge of assigned industry, proactive creativity around idea generation, and a growing level of comfort with client interaction
- Effectively work with partners and teammates with little oversight, able to take ownership of projects
- Provide strategic perspective around industry expertise and initiatives that drive business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three years of related financial services work experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competitive drive and high work ethic, self-starter, team-oriented
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
- High level of adaptability and flexibility with strong organizational and time management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Associate will support the ongoing servicing of Relationship Managers RMs) and/or clients, including direct client contact with limited supervision. Use of this position must be approved by the President, Community Bank, CCB Administration Manager, or the Head of Industry Specialization & Capital Markets Advisory.
