Catholic Preschool Teacher

About the role

This position involves teaching PK3/4 students in a classical and Catholic homeschool hybrid program. The role includes providing childcare and nursery services, adhering to RCA standards, and maintaining a traditional view of the student/teacher relationship.

Responsibilities

• Teach PK3/4 students in a classical and Catholic homeschool environment.
• Provide childcare and nursery services during designated hours.
• Adhere to RCA curriculum and grading guidelines.
• Participate in mandatory training on August 3, 4, or 5, 2026.

Requirements

• A love for babies and toddlers.
• No formal teaching experience or certification required.
• Experience with babysitting, childcare, parenting, homeschooling, or teaching Religious Education/Catechism is beneficial but not required.
• Sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church.
• Must be living the Catholic faith day-to-day, including receiving all sacraments appropriate to your state in life.

• Good organizational abilities.
• Timely attendance.
• A traditional view of the student/teacher relationship.

Pay
