About the role

We are seeking a part-time Kindergarten Teacher to teach in a classical and Catholic classroom for 13.5 hours per week in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Teach in a classical and Catholic classroom for 13.5 hours per week
• Provide childcare/nursery services
• Follow curriculum and grading guidelines provided by RCA
• Train to provide instruction and classroom management according to RCA standards
• Attend mandatory training on August 3, 4, and 10, 2026

Requirements

• A love for babies and toddlers
• No need for teaching certification or formal teaching experience
• Must be living the Catholic faith day-to-day, including having received all the sacraments appropriate to his or her state in life
• Sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church
• Complete a background check and RCA Safe Child training

• Good organization
• Timeliness
• A traditional view of the student/teacher relationship
