About the role
This position is for a Catholic part-time Kindergarten teacher at Regina Caeli Academy in Sykesville, MD. No teaching certification or formal experience is required; we will train you.
Responsibilities
- Teach in a classical and Catholic classroom.
- Provide instruction according to RCA standards.
- Prepare for classes at home and come prepared to teach in a structured environment.
- Participate in mandatory training sessions on August 3, 4, and 6, 2026.
Requirements
- Sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church.
- Have a deep love for the Catholic faith.
- Be living the Catholic faith day-to-day, including receiving all sacraments appropriate to your state in life.
- Complete a background check and RCA Safe Child training.

- Strong communication skills.
- Good organizational abilities.
- Timeliness.
- A traditional view of the student/teacher relationship.
