Cath Lab CVT

About the role

The Cath Lab CVT monitors diagnostic and interventional coronary and peripheral catheterization procedures, ensuring safe patient care and functioning as a scrub assistant.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, or Respiratory Therapy, or a minimum of five (5) years of experience
• Certifications: RCIS or RCES (required within 12 months of hire)
• Licensure in Florida as a Radiologic Technologist or Respiratory Therapist (preferred)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Skills

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Knowledge of cardiovascular procedures
• Able to work under direction in a clinical setting
