Responsibilities
- Perform inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
- Verify catering loads meet flight schedules and service standards
- Maintain product quality, expiration dates, and food safety handling
- Coordinate with operations during schedule changes and IROPs
- Communicate shortages, substitutions, or vendor issues in real time
- Inspect presentation to ensure brand standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering areas and equipment
- Serve as the sole inventory owner for the station, including placing orders and maintaining PAR levels
- Review, reconcile, and submit catering invoices for payment
- Absorb vendor deliveries, credits, and returns
- Track usage trends and recommend order adjustments
- Maintain inventory records, logs, and audit documentation
Qualifications
- High School Education
- Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel)
- Flexible scheduling availability
- At least 21 years of age due to handling and transport of alcoholic products

Schedule
- Frequent physical activity including walking, lifting up to 75 lbs, packing and unpacking boxes, prolonged standing, and organizing materials within the catering facility
- Flexible scheduling availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and operations conducted during inclement weather
