Famous Dave’s in Westland is seeking a Catering Specialist to lead their Catering Team. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, confident, professional, organized, accountable, dedicated, goal-oriented, passionate, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and possess good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a well-managed and efficient catering team by recruiting new teammates, conducting training, and maintaining the strength of the current team members.

• Manage day-to-day Catering operations by being attentive to details regarding each catering order and enforcing Catering policies and procedures.

• Execute community events such as local tastefests, fundraisers, and expos.

• Complete weekly sales activities and report sales activity to the Catering Support Center.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.

• Must be willing to submit and pass a background check to drive our catering vehicles.

• Previous Sales experience preferred.

• Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge.
