Catering Services Supervisor

Seeking a Catering Coordinator to lead event planning and execution across campus, including faculty, student, alumni, and community functions. Responsibilities Include Coordinating event details, managing logistics, and ensuring exceptional catering experiences.Directing daily catering team activities.Maintaining food safety, quality, and proper storage in compliance with health regulations.Overseeing serving schedules and adhering to departmental policies.Managing inventory and preparing orders as needed.Supervising and evaluating staff, promoting teamwork, efficiency, and growth. Qualifications Strong communication and leadership skills.Previous catering experience preferred.Ability to follow verbal instructions and perform basic arithmetic.Completion of sanitation training.Excellent organizational skills and emotional resilience under stress.
