Catering Services Supervisor

Role: Catering Services Supervisor Responsibilities: Oversee daily catering operations and event execution, coordinate menus, set-ups, and service for various events, lead and schedule catering staff, and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Additional duties: Manage inventories, liaise with campus partners, and uphold quality, safety, and guest satisfaction standards. Qualifications & Skills: Strong leadership abilities, knowledge of food safety regulations, excellent organizational skills, and customer service orientation.
