Box Office Cashier

Create a welcoming environment for patrons.

• Sells tickets to movies and special events.
• Provides movie, special event, and general theatre information.
• Accurately sells tickets, accepts payments, and makes change.
• Operates Point of Sale terminals and ticket printers.
• Operates and communicates effectively on a two-way radio.
• Fulfills MPA film rating guidelines when selling admission tickets.
• Follows theatre policies for selling admission tickets.
• Answers the telephone courteously and professionally.
• Maintains and cleans Box Office area.
• Watches for safety issues and reports to management.

Concession Attendant

Serves prepackaged food and drink and maintains the concession area in a sanitary condition.

• Serves food in proper pre-determined portion sizes.
• Maintains adequate food/supplies.
• Cleans concession, including serving area continually.
• Prepares popcorn using a popper as needed and attends to concession equipment.
• Cleans concession area before and after business hours.
• Maintains the appearance of all equipment and serving counters.
• Satisfies volumes of menu items prepared.
• Receives deliveries when assigned.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Usher / Doorman

Collects admission tickets, directs patrons to correct auditoriums, helps maintain clean facilities such as lobbies, hallways, auditoriums, and restrooms. Greets patrons, assists patrons with general questions or refers patrons to a member of management for assistance.

• Services customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Manages crowd control and assists patrons in finding seating when necessary.
• Cleans and inspects auditoriums.
• Assists with patrons' special needs, such as helping those with wheelchairs.
• Maintains order and ensures adherence to safety rules.
• Assists patrons with questions or complaints.
• Inspects backpacks and packages when applicable.
• Performs other related duties as required.
