About the role
Malco Theatres is seeking enthusiastic and attentive individuals to join our team at Renaissance Cinema Grill. We offer various positions including Box Office Cashier, Concession Attendant, and Ushers/Doormen.
Responsibilities
- Box Office Cashier: Creates a welcoming environment for patrons, sells tickets to movies and special events, provides movie and event information, enforces theatre admission policies, secures cash and tickets, maintains and cleans Box Office area.
- Concession Attendant: Serves prepackaged food and drink, maintains the concession area in a sanitary condition, provides services to customers in a friendly and efficient manner, cleans concession, prepares popcorn, cleans concession area, assures menu items are prepared in sufficient quantities, receives deliveries.
- Ushers/Doormen: Collects admission tickets, directs patrons to correct auditoriums, helps maintain clean facilities, greets patrons, assists patrons with general questions or special needs, manages crowd control, inspects backpacks and packages.
Requirements
Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to communicate clearly and interact with the public.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred.
