About the role

Malco Theatres is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team at Razorback Cinema Grill & IMAX. We offer a variety of positions including Box Office Cashier, Concession Attendant, and Ushers/Doormen.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for patrons by greeting them cheerfully and providing accurate movie and event information.
• Sell tickets and provide information about movies and special events, ensuring accurate sales and change.
• Operate Point of Sale terminals and ticket printers, and communicate effectively using a two-way radio.
• Follow MPA film rating guidelines and theatre policies when selling admission tickets.
• Answer the telephone courteously and professionally, and keep the Box Office area clean and stocked with supplies.
• Watch for safety issues and report them to management.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, maintaining a clean and sanitized concession area.
• Direct patrons to the correct auditoriums, assist with seating, and manage crowd control.
• Clean and inspect auditoriums, assist with patrons' special needs, and ensure adherence to safety rules.
• Inspect backpacks and packages when applicable, and perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of basic computer operations and familiarity with Point of Sale systems.
• Experience with popcorn preparation and serving is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
