Casino Players Club Representative

Primary Tasks

• Explain Choctaw Rewards Club program, promotions and other marketing information in detail to guests.
• Perform data entry tasks associated with Rewards Club card and use the Player Tracker System.
• Aid the Marketing department with multiple projects, promotions and events.
• Answer any questions and immediately resolve any guest, associate or management concerns.
• Issue comps based on established guidelines.
• Stay informed about all marketing activities, promotions, and events.
• Maintain records to document/verify department activities.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all locations, departments, staff and vendors.
• Comply with all company regulations and policies.

Job Requirements

• General computer application proficiency.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• General knowledge of casino facilities and amenities and an in-depth knowledge of casino promotions.
• Prior experience in high customer contact positions.
