Key ResponsibilitiesPerform designated cash management activities within documented timeframes and policiesProcess ACH requests and conduct account analysis via automated cash concentration applicationMaintain high accuracy and quality while meeting tight deadlines to ensure positive customer experienceAnalyze back‑office payment transactions and understand impact of errorsUtilize case tracking system to track and follow up on customer inquiriesGenerate specialized customer‑specific reportingResolve problems per established expectations and identify escalation pointsServe as mission‑critical personnel for business continuity during staffing shortagesSupport multiple products and services offered by the organizationDemonstrate strong organizational and time‑management skillsCommunicate effectively in verbal and written formats with internal and external stakeholders QualificationsMust have experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other systems such as Salesforce and AWS.Must have 2+ years of experience, preferably in banking or financial services; or appropriate combination of education and experience.Must have a HS Diploma.
