Cash Management Specialist
About the role
A Cash Management Specialist processes transactions accurately and timely in accordance with departmental and investor guidelines. They ensure exception items are identified and resolved in a timely manner, document the system with comments regarding disposition of work items, identify, research, and resolve issues, make recommendations for the improvement of controls and processes within the department, assist with internal or external audit requests, communicate any trends and/or problems with recommended solutions to management, assist with the creation and maintenance of department documentation, and perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately and timely in accordance with departmental and investor guidelines
- Ensures exception items are identified and resolved in a timely manner
- Document the system with comments regarding disposition of work items
- Identify, research, and resolve issues
- Make recommendations for the improvement of controls and processes within the department
- Assist with internal or external audit requests
- Communicate any trends and/or problems with recommended solutions to management
- Aid in the creation and maintenance of department documentation
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Financial Services Industry experience a plus
Qualifications
- Strong PC skills and knowledge of MS Office products and company operating systems
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; organized
- Customer service, team, and goal-oriented
- Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of department
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Establishes effective working relationships at the work group level

Pay
Pay Range: $21.24 - $28.31 Hourly
