Pay

Dependent on Case Manager certification status:

  • Uncertified starts at $17.50 — certification will be obtained within the first 120 days and pay will be increased to certified rate
  • Certified range starts at $19.61 — pay is calculated based on years of certified experience

Shift Differential: Additional $2.00/hr when clocked in for 3+ consecutive hours between 3pm-11pm.

Schedule

Thursday – Monday | 4:00pm–12:00am (midnight)

Responsibilities

  • Provides psychosocial rehabilitative services as described by the Medicaid manual
  • Supports clients in following individualized care plans and identifying case management goals
  • Completes documentation on services provided within Valley’s standards
  • Meets productivity expectations as assigned by supervisor
  • Distributes medications as necessary
  • Transports clients to appointments as necessary

Requirements

  • Case Manager certification (post hire as needed — required within 120 days of start date)
  • CPR certification (post hire as needed)
  • Driving positions require a minimum age of 21 and a current driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous social services or behavioral health experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Psychology, or related field
